Asus thor rgb advice

Hi all
Looking for advice I got asus thor 1200w psu and my mb is a asus tuf gaming x570-plus and I'm struggling to get my psu linked to my mb got 2 cables with the rgb, 1 is a 3 pin and and the other is 4 pin but with 1 blocked off
Does any1 have any ideas how I can link them up so I can use the asus rgb sync to control the lights on the psu

I would have said check the psu's manual but after downloading it myself it's about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Looking at it logically I would plug the 4 pin connector in your motherboards Gen 2 addressable RGB header just above the 24 pin ATX socket. This uses a four pin connector but pin 3 is blanked off so may be the one you are looking for. You can find it in section 1-18 of your motherboard manual.
