I have an Asus Tranformer T100TAF with Windows 10 Home 32bit installed.

When I got to My Computer > Properties I see:

System type: 32-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Can I do a fresh install of Windows 10 64-bit?

Thank you for your help.

Yes, you can (recent Windows licence keys work for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of that product).

You can create an installation USB for Windows 10 from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10, but might need a USB hub also if your BIOS and/or Windows installation screens don't recognise the add-on keyboard for the Asus.

However, I would actually say it's better to stay on the 32-bit OS you have, unless you have a burning need for the 64-bit OS. The 32-bit OS can access all of your 2GB RAM, it uses up less space on your eMMC (MS quotes 16GB for a 32-bit install and 20GB for the 64-bit), and a 32-bit OS will actually run quicker than a 64-bit one with everything else being equal (almost certainly not to a noticeable amount, but theoretically quicker certainly). Any reason you're looking to go 64-bit on this machine?
