Well i can talk about the win8.1 one (Asus Transformer t100)
For its price i think it a really nice tablet/netbook.
It is 10.1 inches
Atom quad core 3470 1.3ghz with turbo at 1.86.
2gb ram
I got the 32gb one, there is also a 64gb and a 32gb WITH a 500HDD in the keyboard.
It really nifty, really quick and i was really scared about the 2gb ram (i am used to win7 and 8gb ram in my work laptop) but win8 are very good with ram. Its very responsive and even though the processor is low i might say that it feels like a E6400 from the core 2 era and can play full hd movies. Game wise i managed to run a few (dota2 all low at 25 fps but full resolution and SC2 full resolution as well).
If you are going for this one go for the one with the 64 or the 500gb HDD.
It comes with office and you are left with 14 gb if you get the 32gb only version. I have a micro sd that i plug though on the tablet and a usb3 2tb portable hdd which plugs on the keyboard so i am happy with it.
Also have in mind that there is a new version out there t200.
Sorry for this typing this in a hurry i might add a few comments on this later.
Also the one that has no hdd has a slight smaller keyboard than the 500 HDD one but not that big of a difference
