I noticed recently that the hotspot delta on my GPU is very high. That is in standard tune, while playing Helldivers 2 I saw a core temperature of 75 degrees C and a hotspot temperature of 107 degrees C. When I got the card the thermals were much better and nothing has changed so I assume all the thermal paste has pumped itself out. I'm in two minds on what to do though. Should I send it back only to have the same problem re-occur in 6 months or should I replace the paste with some PTM7950 or a more permeant solution at the risk of warranty problems later?
