Asus tuf x570 bios update for ryzen 5000 series

I have asus tuf x570 plus and ordered the ryzen 5 5600x
This is my first gaming pc, I need to do an update on the x570 but this motherboard doesn't have bios flashback, nor I don't have ryzen 3000 cpu too so how could I update the bios?

You can request a cpu from AMD to update the bios.

Change the motherboard to one the has bios flashback.

Ask the seller would they update the bios or try to borrow a compatable cpu from a friend.
