ASUS UEIF Always Booting to BIOS

Hi,

I've had a PC for ages now from OC UK. It's been perfect. However now it always takes me to the BIOS after start-up. Hitting F10 is required to get me to Windows. Also the time take to get to BIOS is in order order of 30 seconds whereas previously it used to "FastBoot" far, far quicker directly into windows.

I have tried disconnecting USB Hub; plugging keyb/mouse directly to USBs on the PC rather than on a USB Hub; changing the keyb/mouse; all without any desired affect.

Is there some diag logs that I can inspect to see what issues the BIOS is having and why it doesn't boot straightaway?

Try replacing the CMOS battery to see if that makes a difference.

Just to close off this. The battery change did not work. An upgrade of the BIOS however sorted=out all the issues.
