Is there any particular reson to go fir either of these over the other

Gigabyte GA_965P_DS4 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Asus P5B Deluxe (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

ordering in an hour and if I have no replys im ging for the asus as I rate them more than gigabyte
 
getting some of this, however ive had a 6300 to 3.4 Gig on some cheap value ram using a divider so I aint too worried, its more temps I want to be sure of as I cant a arsed with water anymore and Ive heard of the odd person getting silly idle temps.

certainly either the DS3 or DS4 does as ive used the board on a divider as it was one of the systems I was on about above. Cant remember which he got now tho, I do remember having some timing problems that a bios update fixed
 
fair enough but it still lets u run the ram below spec speed.
Anyway im ordering the asus, the longer i sit here the larger the orders getting.
