Asus VE278Q settings

Hi,

I'm rubbish at getting the settings just right, in the end with previous monitors I've just set it to 50% on all settings (or to the point it looks ok) then left it and got used to it. I don't want to do that this time, so any other Asus VE278Q Monitor users out there that wouldn't mind sharing their settings. I'm running the monitor off a MSI 560ti OC set at default settings.

Hi shephga, got mine yesterday. Nearly burned my eyes out when I switched it on, boy is it glaringly bright.

I have set the brightness to 50% for the moment. Not looked into any other settings as of today. Running it off an asus HD5850.

I am very tempted by this monitor....do post your settings if you find something suitable after some tweaking. Thanks

Will do, think it was more getting used to a bigger brighter screen. Will post them tomorrow evening.

This monitor will make u blind if you sit near it at the factory settings , I dropped on day 1 to 65% but after a few days am happy with 50% brightness If your sitting about 2.5 feet away direct on desk .Contrast and saturation I havent changed still at 80% and 50% . But im quite happy with how it looks .

80 Contrast
50 Saturation
User Mode for Colour Temp
Natural Skin Tone

running in Game Mode
