Can anyone give me some advice!.....................please!!!!
Well 1st off i,m no tech so bare with me. I just recived my XFX 5850 GFX card from overclockers, fitted it to my pc and wow the graphics are brilliant .But when i plug in my HDMI cable from the card to my Asus Monitor its not connecting?. Now am i missing something here? the DVI is there but the HDMI and VGA are greyed out.
I thought all i had to do was plug in the HDMI lead to get full HD picture? am i wrong or is it some thing else i,m doing or not doing?.
I have tried it on my 22 inch HD ready tv and its fine shows 1080p no problem with the lead going from card to tv,But not with my monitor.
Any information would be gratefully received
