Asus VN247H 24"

Hi, first of all merry Christmas and I hope Santa came . Tomorrow (27th December, if you are reading this at a different date) I shall be picking up or coming to a decision of my first gaming rig.
I have been looking at a Asus VN247H and I was wondering if there was anything else for my precious £170 monitor budget. It will be used for gaming with just normal browsing and I would prefer it be 24" or close.

EDIT: I would also prefer as close to a 1ms response time as possible, at minimum 60Hz

I got the Asus VE247H for Christmas And I'm over the moon with it. So sharp and wide, my only problem is do I run it at 1920x1080 using DVI or 1080p using hdmi cable. I've only tried dvi so far and it's so sharp. Very pleased.

Got 3 of these. All good.
I remember when i was looking on this forum for the VN247H's that someone had got the colours etc settings they used. Anyuone got an idea where/who had them?
