Hi guys, I can't seem to find a clear answer bizarrely - what is Asus' warranty period on motherboards, 1/2/3 years? I've not been reading good things from a thread earlier this year, so it's kind of putting me off.

I've ordered this Prime X570-Pro mobo, but curious how long the warranty is?

I was debating swapping it to a Gigabyte for the UK support, but my new build is a White/RGB theme... So thought a white-based MB would suit the best :D I couldn't find another suitable X570 board that would fit nicely otherwise...

I still have time to change it, as my order isn't coming for ~1 week as waiting on the 2070 Super GPU to come into stock...

3 Years for that board by the look of things.........https://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/PRIME-X570-PRO/HelpDesk_Warranty/

Its a shame really, ASUS used to have an RMA centre right around the corner from the Gigabyte RMA centre in Milton Keynes, they closed it down sometime ago, as I travel for my job, it wouldnt be the first time ive dropped products off myself at both the Gigabyte centre and the ASUS one in Milton Keynes then collected the repair or replacement myself.

However, dont let that put you off buying other manufacturers products, if they dont have a UK RMA centre, then you just return it to where you brought it from, it becomes their responsibility instead, if found to be faulty when they test it, they just replace it and return the faulty one to their supplier.

The product's warranty tab page... Why didn't I look there :o Haha cheers. I was google searching Asus UK Warranty, looking in their Support FAQ and all sorts...

Still unsure whether to change mobos, after seeing some of the less than helpful RMA cases posted here. It just suits my white/rgb theme though :(
