Bought a Asus GTX670 from someone else and found out one of the fans is noisy. The card is only 6 months old from purchase date. Does any know if the warranty is transferable? Their support forum is so slow, the website doesn't even load for me

Ah didn't know that...so if someone bought Asus graphic card or motherboard from OcUK, it would be OcUK's responsibility to handle the entire duration of the warranty?Hello
Usually warranty on all Asus products (except Monitors / Laptops) are dealt with via the supplier / retailer / reseller so as long as you have a receipt from them you should be able to claim warranty from where you purchased it.
Normally Asus don't offer direct warranty claims from end users. On the occasion they may do but this is something few and far between.

Update.
Received an email from Asus confirming I need to go through the retailer for RMA process. Which I don't even have a receipt for. So sent/begged them to send a replacement fan, as a last chance (which I doubt) before returning to the seller.
Guess I'm going to buy a new card.
How big are your testicles?
If you possess balls of steel and a stern poker face then contact ASUS and say that your card which was an xmas present has a fault, explain that it was a gift from a relative who has since passed so you have no way of knowing where it was bought from.
You will eventually be contacted by somebody from their UK service centre in Hemel Hempstead (who normally only deal with retailers) who will explain that in situations like yours or where the retailer is no longer in business the is another option, they will give you an RMA number and ask you to send it to them plus pay £15 shipping via bank transfer so that they can send it on to the repair centre in the Czech Republic, the card will then be repaired and returned to you (or replaced with a refurbished card), will take 2-3 weeks.

As it was 2nd hand sometimes the retailer will want the original purchaser to claim the warranty. It all depends on how strict they are on their RMA policy.

Does that apply to other graphics card manufacturers? Eg MSI or Gigabyte?
I have to say this is amazing thread necromancy!EVGA accept product warranty transfers (here in the USA) from one user to another, so long as you have the original receipt.
