Hi, I've been ill all week and this has finally annoyed me too much. So I've been running this comp since November 2015, I have a 5820K @ 4.5 Ghz, a Asus X99-S with latest 3801 bios, 970GTX and 64GB Corsair Vengence 2666mhz Ram, I run it without XMP at 2400 tho, (only just noticed this, don't think it's anything to do with anything as the comp has only just been doing this the last week).
For the last week when I start my comp in the morning I get a bios error code 19, this means -> Pre-memory South Bridge initialisation is started.
I've bumped up voltages to everything, though not sure which is Southbridge specific, normally if I leave it 30 sec's sat on the error 19 then hit restart it'll then boot fine, but 2 days ago this didn't work and pressing the memOK button also failed to help the situation, after around 20 mins of restarts and memOK button presses it finally booted into windows.
I memtest'ed the ram and everything is fine, I've reset the bios same thing, this also got rid of the overclock, same thing etc. Once the comp is in windows and being used it never crashes or BSOD's. I can try pulling ram out, but that will upset me greatly lol, anyone any other ideas. Comp was working fine for ages, I didn't change anything then for the last week it's been doing this.
