Asus Xonar D2 7.1 PCI Sound Card error

ive just bought the Asus Xonar D2 7.1 PCI Sound Card and followed all instrutions to the T. on rebooting pc error message comes up

ERROE LOADING C:\WINDOWS\SYSWOW64\CMICNFGP.CPL
whats that mean??

I wonder if it's a bad driver install. Might be worth reinstalling them.
