Bought this sound card with the intention of getting clearer sound out of my microphone, which is happening, but I would also like to boost the volume of the input. Reading around tells me to open up the "Mixer" tab and go to the "record" section, but there's nothing there...?
My microphone is plugged in, and I can record in Audacity, but the gain is just too low so, while I can boost the gain after it's recorded, I'd like a live boost for VOIP.
Any help?
