Asus Xonar DX bsod problem

Got an Asus Xonar DX from oveclockers from last week. Since installing the card i have gotten random BSOD, and also where the card mutes its self and needs a reboot to work again. Tryed new drivers etc but nothing has helped. Anyone else had problems like this with this soundcard or is it faulty?

Have heard of any one with these problems. is it sorted now?

Nope not sorted yet, back to onboard sound and no bsod.

OK and the power cable is properly connected - sorry don't mean to patronize , just checking.

I got a couple of BSOD's when using WMP with this card.

Works fine with Winamp.

Tried turning off the DS3D GX feature in the audio centre panel? Might be the cause.
