Asus Xonar DX7.1 problem

Hi guys,

Just got the above sound card but having some issues with it which I never experienced with my on board sound.

Randomly during tracks the song will slow down and become distorted, but it mainly sounds like its been turned down in speed. It only occurs for about 2 seconds but it happens 4 or 5 times during a song.

Any ideas?

Right it definitely seems like a slow down issue...I don't have a clue why, it happens in different parts of songs.

I have the latest driver.

Please help!

I have worked out what is causing the issue..It's my USB wireless adaptor, If I unplug it the problem never occurs. If I plug it in and it searches for the network the problem occurs more than ever with slow down on a song.

Can this be fixed?

This wireless card has been nothing but annoying in the few days I've had it. Linksys WUSB300N.
