asus xonar essence st pci in new build

I have had this card for years the SQ is still top notch i want to use this card in my new build but it seems pci slots died out a long time ago, what's the best way to use a full height pci card in a pci express slot?

You used to be able to get PCI to pci-e adapters for this but I haven't seen them for years, and I seem to recall that it could be difficult to use anything but half height cards because of how the card was raised by the adapter (if you see what I mean?). Maybe you could combine such an adapter with a PCI extension cable? God knows what drivers you'd need to use

I'm running the same card on the following motherboard, there is a rev 2.0 version of the board now, but still has legacy PCI.

Using Asus ST beta drivers, but having 0 issues on Windows Pro 64 with the card, still works fine despite the card being almost 9 years old.
