Asus z170 causing problems

Hi guys.
I recently bought z170 pro gaming board i7 6700k and 16gb gskill ram.
I put everything together and managed to start system with no problem,didnt even nees to reinstall the system.
However every time im trying to make any change in bios computer restarts and just keeps going on and off. I have no idea what is going on, temps are fine psu is fine couse i did not had any problem with it. Any help?

Z170 pro gaming
2x8gb g skill ripjaws v 3000mhz
I7 6700k
630w be quiet l8 80plus bronze

When you say making changes in the bios do you mean overclocking? if so it could just be unstable settings and the bios is eventually recovering to safe settings after trying to boot a few times and failing.
 
No i meant any changes,even disabling sound card.
Sorry my mistake. Problem seem to appear only when oc or changing profiles like performance or power saving. Though everything works fine when i oc outaide bioa,using asus program
