asus z170a ssd config

Hi all im looking to upgrade my ageing system and how things change on the hardware front.Im looking at buying Asus z170a 6600k a samsung SM951 256GB M.2 PCI-e 3.0 x 4 NVMe and 16 gig ddr4
Can one M.2 ssd be installed + 2 sata ssd's in raid at the same time.
Can anyone recommend a better alternative but i'm just about on my max budget. :confused:

Is that m.2 on its own.

Two sata drives in raid?

Or all three in raid?

After reading the manual I reckon you can set the SATA ports to RAID (do this and select which drives in the BIOS under ez tuning wizard) and use the m.2 on its own for the OS for example.
