Asus z270E: How do I boot from USB?

Hi all

I know this sounds stupid, but I've got no idea where the option is?, I press "del" to enter the bios and go to my boot options, but it does not find my Windows USB stick.

I had this hassle a while ago when I initially installed Windows from my USB stick, but it eventually detected it (I can't remember how I did it), the bios detects it under the USB settings, but in the boot order it doesn't?. Once I'm booted into Windows it detects it to?.

Scroll to boot. Then down to the very bottom then select it in the list of boot devices..It fast boots USB that one time only then.
