I am having trouble getting my Graphics card to work.

I have done a similar installation with the same motherboard and had the same problem but managed to solve it but this time its killing me. The display output comes out of the motherboard and not the graphics card. When i turn the Integrated Graphics off and tell the Mobo to boot off the PCIe a blank screen comes up and i end up having to plug a VGA into the Mobo.

I went into the settings again and clicked the option "mutli monitor" - this enabled the Graphics card output and i am now running a HDMI from the card it self. Unfortunately when i run a check using Speccy or try to benchmark using toolkits the system says that i am only running Intel HD graphics.

I have checked my settings with the PC i built previously and everything seems to be the same. I am pretty sure the graphics card is working as its running the HDMI atm.

Would it be that i need to check and update the drivers on both Mobo and Graphics?

Windows software have anything to do with it?

Does anyone have the same motherboard and had similar issues getting the mobo to boot off the GPU?:confused:

Does anyone have the same motherboard and know the settings i need on the Motherboard so it can run the Graphics?

Also ,

The device manager has picked up the GTX 970 and has said its working correctly as well as the HD graphics 4600

Also says they are both up to date
