At a bit of a loss with printer connections

I'm tweaking a small office infrastructure. Basically, a wired network printer, which was deployed through AD and group policy is now being moved to a location without wired connection. It's a wireless HP L7780. I've turned the wifi on and connected it to the router. I've removed it as a listed and deployed printer. It connected to the router fine over wifi but none of the laptops or servers see it when I choose to add printer and select wireless device.

Oddly, the laptop I use (which is not joined on their domain) sees it just fine.

Does anyone have any clue as to what might be the issue here?

Update, if I click on "The printer that I want isn't listed" I can then add it using the printers IP address. The printer is found and successfully added, but nothing will print to it (not even the test page). It just says "Documents Pending 0"
