Or do you mean what is VRM? It's the regulators for the board power. Means this board should go in an SG05 and yet still overclock well.
 
Have Asus done mini-ITX before?

Looks so good, OCing was the main thing that put me off mini-ITX after my first one, but I loved the size and this looks ideal.
 
Is it fine having the VRMs like that? But I must say... it makes more space on the board... so hopefully it'll be a very good ITX overclocking board!
 
is that a tiny onboard ssd? i can see,caching ssd maybe?

READ MAN!! VR's, the power for the CPU!

Least the CPU is in the center so fitting cooling will not be a problem. Just need a GFX thats really powerfull and within the same footprint of the board.

I do like the 8pin & 24 pin locations
