Ive been waiting nearly 2 months to get a landline and broadband from them, after 4 failed orders taking up one month im finally told they need to send an engineer to my property so 3 weeks later (today) an engineer was supposed to visit and indeed i got a call from an engineer, i believe they are BT openreach engineers anyways he is 40 miles away from my address at one with a similar name  He cant come to my address as its a different area or something and i need to "contact my service provider"

I dunno what to do to be honest, 2 months is a frickin joke, i dont even know whos to blame, O2 have the correct address but theyre responsible for the first 4 failed orders, then BT made me wait 3 weeks for their arse hole engineer to tell me "contact your service provider" and now im more than likely gonna have to wait another 3 weeks for another engineer appointment which for all i know could also go **** up.:mad::mad: *end rant*

down to o2, they request the work from BT, supply address, contact number etc.

any other options, know "be" are the same company, have you tried them ?
