I am 21 soon 22 and want to get into web development but have no previous experience other than some html/css and very basic PHP (Datatypes + their functions, nothing more) (Which is what I wanna get into).

Also curios to know until what age the average developer can work/program for and have his mind still working fully? I know this might sound stupid but I really wanna know if there are any statistics on this...
