At what tread depth do YOU replace your tyres?

Glad I recently replaced my fronts - hit a huuuuuge puddle yesterday at 70 which knocked a jacking point cover off.

Anyway I start looking for replacements when I get down to 2mm but it's closer to 1.6mm by the day of actually getting them replaced.

My CSC3s still felt pretty grippy at 2mm tbh but then they did have uneven wear on them (2mm inside, 4mm outside).

This is when i change mine too. Surprising as i appreciate good tyres but i cant think of an occasion where i have replaced them before an MOT advisory. (excluding the track car)
