I was an ST owner back in the day. Enjoyed many classics that I still remember now.

I just wondered that because the ST and Amiga had the same cpu if i remember correct? The ST was 1mhz quicker than the Amiga which was 11percent back then.

Did the Amiga have a vastly superior graphics chip that made it overall superior? I remember seeing Shadow Of The Beast on it.

Thanks for the memory. I used to play on that :) Maybe I was more into games back then but I just feel they were much more creative than games today which dare not break the mould.

80% of todays games consist of

Sports / FPS / RTS / Survival Horror.

Adventure games are not made anymore because people only want multiplayer now. The industry has moved on which is understandable, but the games that stick out in my mind which I never forget are from the early 90s.

Monkey Island
Day Of The Tentacle
Xenon2
Marble Madness
Rick Dangerous
Syndicate
Flashback

Can anyone remember volfied? Very underrated puzzle game. Would love to see a remake. Was very addictive back in the day.

Xcopy. I remember when copying a disk with the Atari ST with 512kb you had to keep swapping the disks about 10times to copy. When we upgraded to 1024kb it was 10x quicker. Great memories.
