athlon 64 - 4 sticks of ram

Hey,

I have an epox 9nda3, I was just wondering if running 4 sticks of ram in it would be a problem, that is apart from the whole dropping the timings to 2T?

Also, what is the Corsair 2GB DDR XMS4000PT TwinX like? I saw it on special offer and am considering grabbing it
