Seems like a good price but is it worth it?
 
im using this :

Gigabyte K7 Triton (GA-7N400-L1)
BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2800+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.1GHz
Memory: 1536MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 6600

well old.. so anything is better
