Athlon 64 San Diego 3700+ good O/C?

Hello people,

Just received my 3700+ and just wondering if anybody knew from these numbers if this chip would be a good o/c?

Values on CPU are:

ADA3700DKA5CF
CCBWE 0542MPMW
137827 6L50317

I havent a clue what they mean just know the first line is telling me that the CPU is a 3700+

Also would the Arctic Cooling 64 Pro be a good h/s for this CPU and would it perform better than the supplied stock one?

The Arctic Cooling 64 is much better than the stock one
can't help you on the stepping though

It's an E6 stepping (Venice?) whereas the other one can get is the E4 stepping (Manchester - dual core with one core disabled?).

I think I read the E6 3700's clock well whereas the E4 is a bit of a hit and miss but someone else should be able to clarify further or dispute that.

No idea on the stepping, but dont these hit 2.7Ghz with good cooling ?
