Athlon x2 4200 question

Simple one will it use a lot more power than a 3700 athlon 64? My system is running on a 430w psu which has been fine for 18 months with this spec: a64 3700 at stock, geforce 7800 gtx also stock, 2gb ram, 1 hd, 1 dvd/cdr combo.

here try this..put the x2 4200+ as your cpu in the cpu bit
