athlon xp to a64 upgrade help!!

Hi, knowledgable system builders!!

I've finally decided to upgrade to Athlon 64 with the current great price at OcUK for a 3700+

Current specs:
Arctic Cooling Silentium 1 case (seasonic 350w psu)
2x wd caviar sata 250gb drives
soundblaster digital 5.1
dvd-rw drive
cd-rw drive
Radeon x800 xt pe AGP (clocked to x850 speeds)
Zalman reserator 1+

Athlon xp-m 2600+
Abit nf7-s v2.0
1gb Corsair TwinX 3200XLPRO

Thinking of replacing the above 3 with:

Athlon 64 3700+
Asrock 939Dual Sata2 (so I can keep my agp card until funds allow PCI-E)
Mushkin 2gb XP4000 Extreme Performance dual channel kit

Any alternatives that would suit better, especially in the ram area??

Sounds good to me, although I'd get some cheap value 2GB ram, no point spending loads on performance DDR ram now, for one, any new system down the road wont take it, and for two, it adds bugger all performance increase really.

I agree with Lanz, go for a giel value set or something.
