Athlon64 X2 LOW POWER 65w (ADO) - worth the extra pennies ?

Anyone got any thoughts on value of the ~ADO~ variants of the Athlon64 X2's out there in the wild ? I am thinking migrating onto the AM2 platform, and wondering whether the lower power consumption variants are worth the extra 10% or so cost......predominantly in the overclocking stakes.....lower power requirement meaning better clockability, perhaps ??
