Ati 2900 Graphics card problem!!!

OK just installed an old 2900 card on the 10.4 drivers but I'm having some problems.

My computer keeps freezing and is running mega slow. I do not know what the problem is but I'm guessing its the drivers?

Im on windows 7 and I'm picking up an error message saying:

"Display driver has stopped responding and has now fully recovered"

I cannot also play games.

Anyone know what is wrong?

I'm using the HX750.

I have a 2900xt and get that whenever I try and play Just Cause 2, but it only happens on that game, so I don't think theres anything majorly wrong with card.

What drivers are you using?

Installed 10.4 and it ran like ****. Made my comp so sloww and I just uninstalled it and it went back to normal. I think them drivers are what caused the problem.

And the games it's happening on is all on steam. Which I do play consistently!

Have you tried the 10.4a's??
