Hi folks,
Recently purchased an extra 4GB of ram from OcUK, bringing my system total to 6GB.
I am running vista x64, so in order to utilise more than 3.25GB I need to enable memory remapping in my bios.
Problem is, whenever I do this, when vista starts I get a message along the lines of "No Ati driver installed or the driver is not functioning properly."
In device manager, my graphics card shows an Error 43.
Having googled this, seems people trying to crossfire cards have experienced this problem, but found very little useful advice other than to format and reinstall Vista.
Anyone got any experience with this or advice?
My mobo is an Asus P5W DH deluxe with the latest bios, graphics card is a HIS ICEQ3 3870.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
