Yep.
Yea same, many local stores dont really know much about anything computer related. Around where i live they dont anyway.

good luck - hope you've got evidence that you ordered an X2 as as you don't have distance selling rules to fall back on if they produce a 3870 try to hold you to your order!
like i said i haven't handed over any money so i can walk at any time if it is not what they told me and yes i have a print out of the order.
