i have a asus p5n32-e sli motherboard
Card will run perfectly fine and at full speed on that motherboard.
doesnt matter if its pci express 2.0 or not pci express 1.0 will be fine aswell
the thing that matters is 16x is a must. 8x will cut that cards speeds some what but not if its pci express 2.0 @8x
but 1.0 @8x defintaly
but your board support 16x so wouldnt make any diffrent if it was 1.0 or 2.0

thanks the only info i can find about the board that as you said it is pci-e 16x
