ati 6950 blurry image

hia just installed a 6950 into my pc, when i installed latest preview drivers the image became very blurry, comapred to default winodows drivers. any advice and/or knowlege on the issue.

ye everything is. i noticed it straight away as driver was installed the screen flshed, and teh windows has detected new hardawre sound palyed and it was blurry. tried otehr preview driver aswell but no difference

Well, the only thing I can think of is to uninstall the present driver, and then reinstall again, or just let windows find them. Windows does a pretty good job at driver finding, particularly Windows 7.

the origional driver it found was fine dno what one it was. look like in playing at 16.00x1200

You've sure your not playing at the wrong res? i know you comment on that already.

But my screen often doesnt look as sharp if i drop the res to none native for the moniter.

you could try putting mlaa on, hitting apply, then turning it off again too. might be on but not showing it
