I'm experiencing trouble flashing my AMD Sapphire 6950 to a 6970 model as when i enter "atiwinflash -unlockrom 0" i get the message "atiwiflash is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file" what is it I'm doing wrong?

Download this and just run the batch file. There is also a standard bios there as well..

it comes up vbios image not found and the gpu im using is a "http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-256-SP&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1752"
What position is the bios switch in ? It needs to be in position 2 for flashing.
