ATI 7790 Screen Flickering

So i got a full new PC build, and for some reason my screen flashes white for half a second every now and then... could it be the drivers?

Games run fine, no problems with frame rates except world of warcraft.. it seems to struggle a bit..

Specs:

ATI xfx 7790 OC
AMD FX 8320 8 core @ 4ghz
8GB DDR3
Windows 7 pro

May have fixed it.. Not sure.. AMD overdrive was turned on, switching it off seems to have sorted it but I'll test!
