Hi guys,

Wondering if you can help me.. I recently bought a projector which i have been (temporarily) hooking up to my pc via the analogue vga connection.. I decided to buy a cable to utilise the DVI connection on the gfx card. i bought this adapter+cable (as the pj is able to connect via hdmi)

I thought this would be a simple case of plug and play.. but it doesn't seem to work

In display properties the PJ is listed as a display.. and i have told windows to 'clone' the primary display (samsung 172x)..

Is there something i am missing?

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Don't know if this is important, but in the display properties it recognises the projector as an FPD? Shouldn't this just be another monitor?
