ATI AIW, MMC Problems

Just reinstalled Ati MMC (9.15), and get the following error message when attempting to even start the TV program, Card in an ATI AIW 9800, and im running DX9c. Ive heard it may be a problem with this version of mmc and catalyst, if so, where can i find earlier versions of mcc?
