I noticed in CCC, if I set the AA from Box to Edge-Detect, I noticed it will put more load on the GPU. But I can't see I can really notice the AA quality in game, so do you guys think it's really worth it use Edge-Detect over Box, or would it be using higher for higher sake?

Would like to hear opinion from other ATI/AMD card users.

Yeah, edge detect is better but as you say, it does come at the price of a heavier performance hit. I usually could see a worth while improvement when using 'edge', game dependent of course. If the frame rate dropped too much when applying edge then I'd push up the box level, though I have to be honest, this is one area that I find nVidia so much better, and was the reason I thought I'd try one of their gpu's. What the frames are like with the 5/6000 series when AA is applied I don't know since I haven't owned one, though it does sound like that things are improving to be fair.

I'm sure you've tried 'wide tent', now that really is a performance drop and a half! Not so sure I liked the image on that one either.
