ATI card only using 39%

Guys

Any idea why F@H control is only using 39% of my ATI 6970 lightening?

Tried the GPU Tracker V2 but that wouldn't even start.

Are you folding on the CPU also?

Sometimes you need to free a core so that the GPU can become fully loaded

Got a i7 3770 folding at 100%, no overclock

So are you folding on all cores? or do you have one spare?

I always run my cpu slot as: SMP with the number being one value less than the number of cores.

Done that mate and restarted F@H 7 cores on CPU but GPU is now at 36%?

I sort of fixed it, I messed about with the GPU settings and it crashed and removed the GPU, I re-added it with default settings and now it's folding at 90%

Maybe not, it's not stable, it's anywhere between 6-70% now.

I have upgraded to the 13.2 beta drivers but no real difference.

I just noticed I have the same issue, currently using 35-39% on my 6950.

I allocated a core to it from my i7 and had a play around but it made no difference really, I will have to have a play around on the weekend and see what I can come up with.

Fixed it! It's a driver issue.

Use this to remove CCC: Catalyst Un-install Utiliy

Then install 12.8 drivers.

I'm now rocking a solid 100% GPU usage
