I bought what I believed to be an MSI R9 270x with 2 gig ddr5 ram. It gets to Windows every time, try to install the drivers and I get a black screen?
I used GPUz and it displayed the following
This makes me think it is actually a 280x so I got a bargain if it works! card takes and 8 pin and 6 pin connector. Whatever driver I try to install it black screens.
I am running Windows 10 PRO and have tried both bios position switch placements 1 and 2 and still nothing. Help appreciated. It is like it hangs half way through the driver install, tried HDMI and DVI ports both do the same.
