My 4850 is nice and quiet 
because I heard about the crappy default coolers so I get a dual slot cooled 4850 from sapphire, same price too at the time!
Even at 100% its not really loud nothing like when you turn the default 4870 up sounds like a hoover XD courtesy of my mates pc
