Forgive me if sound like a bit of a twonk here, but ive just installed the new 11.12 drivers, and i cant see anywere on CCC on display properties that says its in 1080p, is it the resolultion that means HD (1920x1080)?

Using a samsung P2450H Monitor with a 6970

Yes, 1080p means 1920x1080. 1600p is 2560x1600 etc
Don't worry about the term HD. It is for the general public who buy TVs because of it!

12.1 preview drivers are out friend and they offer big speed improvements on a whole host of games. No reason not to updgrade, unless youre silly. You aren't silly, are ya? ;)

Ooo okie dokie. I was having all sorts of AMD driver issues and eventually did a fresh install of windows and now stable with the 11.12 drivers, bit scared to update in case it all goes **** up again!
