ATi Catalyst 6.9 Beta

I just gave these a go, all seemed fine but I crashed in a test on 3dmark01, which I dont normally crash on.. :confused: I think I get the "use at your own peril" bit now lol.
 
ccc loads much faster.

Up to 9 more fps in a few games i tested: gtr2, css, hl2ep1, fear mp, ut2k4 with mods but oh so slightly (1-2) lower fps in trackmania.

Seems good but i have had a few glitches.
I think i will wait till the proper set comes out later on.
 
Thanks for the heads up, will give em a try later, been reading that thread over at rage3D and they sound good. :)

If my CCC loads up faster than about 3 secs ill be amazed. :p

Crossfire Results - 3DMark06

Stock PC with 6.8 Drivers - 10050 Marks.

Stock PC with 6.9 Beta's - 10049 Marks.

So There Is Virtually No Difference here.

CCC is definately quicker though.

Not experienced any issues as of yet.
 
Installed it just now. It seems to install a lot of additional software (video etc) as well?

CCC does load a bit quicker.
