Hi I'm having a bit of a problem with my CCC, every time I try to get into the program it hangs on the Basic Quality screen and I can't seem to gain access to the program without it loading up and going straight to this screen and hanging.

Has anyone got any ideas on how I can get into CCC without it going straight to the basic quality screen and hanging? I've got the latest version and drivers for my graphics card. I don't really have a clue on what to do. Any help would be really appreciated. Cheers
 
Sounds like it hasn't installed right, try uninstalling fully using Drive Cleaner/Sweeper in safe mode to finish it off.

If using the latest CCC, you could try an earlier version.

Also to get into the advanced settings try start\all programs\catalyst control center\CCC - Advanced.
